    You should clarify that the contest is only open to administrators of a Facebook Page for a local
    business/place or company/organization/institution that was or is
    created through Facebook’s local business page creation flow, and where the U.S. city/town is specified.  My small online business doesn’t qualify since I created a page prior to the local business page flow even existing, and city/town is not even available for me to enter the information.
